LimitlessX is committed to protecting client data with secure infrastructure, controlled access, and trusted data storage practices.

We take the privacy, security, and confidentiality of client information seriously and maintain clear controls around how data is stored, accessed, and managed.

Secure data storage

All client data is securely stored within data centres hosted in Australia.

LimitlessX uses Supabase as its data storage platform. Supabase is a SOC 2 and ISO-certified platform.

Access control

Access to the LimitlessX platform is permission-based.

Users are only able to access the data and areas of the platform they have been authorised to view.

Platform access is invite-based and uses OTP authentication through a verified working email address.

External access

No outside party is permitted to access client data without the proper approval process.

Where technology partners support application development, this work is handled within a sandbox environment and does not provide access to live client data.
